The use of radiant ceiling-mounted and/or heating and cooling systems can achieve a high level of environmental comfort thanks to the use of heat exchangers to ensure that the surfaces inside a room maintain a temperature of  24-25 °C. This system also dispenses with the irritating movement of air at altered temperatures in the room, as well as the movement of dust that would be damaging to the health of its occupants. The systems presented in this section can be mounted on the ceilings or walls of any kind of building, guaranteeing temperature conditions that are ideal for the human body, with the great advantage that, in already existing buildings they can be installed with limited restructuring costs, simply by lowering the ceiling slightly and without breaking either walls or floors.  For new buildings, provision can be made for the various systems already at the design phase, replacing or integrating the conventional system. The technologies implemented definitively eliminate the problems typically encountered with conventional systems: no more uneven temperatures, no more irritating and harmful air flows, no more ugly radiators or air convectors, more space for furniture and simply for living.

In a nutshell, these systems, in contrast with the conventional system, guarantee:
- ideal thermohygrometric conditions, summer and winter alike;
- the extremely high level of uniformity and homogeneity typical of radiant systems;
- silent operation of the system due to the fact that it contains very few moving parts;
- an efficient response to variations in load and pull-down time;
- great energy saving capacity in winter but especially in summer;
- great flexibility of use in false ceilings or double walls according to the requirements of the structure.

Ceiling- and/or wall-mounted radiant heating and cooling systems permit the use of radiant exchanges at low temperatures in winter and high temperatures in summer as extensive exchange surfaces are employed between the radiant system and the air of the occupied environment. They use water at low temperatures in the winter period enabling the reaching of very even temperatures throughout the area treated, as well as considerable energy savings as regards  consumption costs. During summer operation, the operating temperature inside the radiant coils is approx, 15°, in contrast with the normal 7°C of a conventional system, thereby guaranteeing considerable energy savings.
