Metal ceiling-mounted radiant system 60x60 plate

Radiant air-conditioning system for heating and cooling of rooms suitable for fitting in metal false ceilings.
The radiant plate is particularly suitable in civil and industrial plants when what is needed is a simple modular system that is quick and easy to install and that can be fitted inside already-existing or newly-installed false ceilings, inspectable with metal profiles.
It is, moreover, extremely advantageous because it ensures high performance and an extremely short pull down time: this guarantees an excellent response in rooms with very precise thermal loads.
The plate is made of moulded plastic material and it is laminated to a sheet of polystyrene foam the function of which is to create thermal insulation with respect to the non air-conditioned zone.  The plates rest on the panels that form the metal false ceiling which must have the capacity to withstand the total load of the installed plates filled with water complete with relative insulating panel. The plate's heat-resistant back panel responds to the necessity to thermally insulate the side of the plate that not required for heating/cooling, leaving the side required for heating/cooling the zone in question free.
The plates are either interconnected or connected by means of linear supply manifolds with the aid of a PEX-C  Ø 8x1 mm polyethylene pipe. The linear manifolds are made of multilayer Ø 20x2 mm piping with oxygen barrier and include the fittings with two- or four-sided couplings for the connection of the PEX-C Ø 8x1 mm pipes. To obtain balanced circuits, it is necessary to assemble the radiant plates in series in groups of three with the possibility to couple up to a maximum of 7 groups of 3 plates on the main ports of the linear manifolds.
